Refund Policy

Free Leak Scan

The scan is free, so there's nothing to refund, and you're never charged for it.

Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Partner)

• 14-day money-back: if you're not satisfied, ask within 14 days of the first payment on a new subscription, monthly or annual, and we'll refund it in full.
• After 14 days: you can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've paid for, and you keep full access until then. We don't give partial refunds for unused time.
• Renewals: we email a reminder before each annual renewal. If you forget to cancel an annual plan, ask within 7 days of the renewal and we'll refund it in full.

One-time cleanup

• We'll refund you in full if we haven't delivered your cleanup file within 5 business days of payment.
• We'll also refund you in full if the file can't be installed as described and we can't fix it.
• Once the file has been delivered and installed as described, the cleanup is complete and isn't refundable.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we'll refund the difference in full, whenever you notice it.

How to ask for a refund

Email deepak@leakproofads.com from the address you used to buy, or include it in your message. Refunds are processed by our payment partner, the merchant of record, and go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
