Terms of Service

Effective 29 September 2026

In short: we find and help block Google Ads searches that are unlikely to become customers. Our numbers are estimates, not promises. You stay in control of your account, and you can cancel anytime.

1. Who we are and who these terms cover

Leakproof Ads ("we", "us") is a trading name of Deepak Chauhan, a sole proprietor based in India. These terms apply to anyone who requests a scan, buys a cleanup or subscribes ("you"). Leakproof Ads is a service for businesses, not consumers. By using it, you confirm that you're acting for a business and have the authority to accept these terms for it.

2. The service

We don't run campaigns, set bids or budgets, or write ads. We may improve or change features over time, and we'll tell customers before removing anything they pay for.

3. Access to your Google Ads account

The scan needs no access to your account. Subscribers add our service user to their Google Ads account. It starts with read-only access, and you may later grant Standard access if you want us to apply blocks for you. You can remove our access at any time. We act only within the access you give us and the rules below.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Estimates, not guarantees

Our scans, ranges and statements are estimates based on the data Google makes available. They don't cover searches Google hides. In a budget-capped campaign, Google may re-spend money freed from junk searches, so we report spend moved off junk, not guaranteed savings. Google alone decides Local Services credits. We don't guarantee any particular number of leads, customers, revenue or savings.

6. AI and human review

We use AI to classify search terms, prepare reports and answer routine messages. AI-written messages are labelled. A person oversees the service and reviews Leak Scan reports. Anything involving your money or changes to your account needs a person's approval, or yours.

7. Prices, billing and renewal

8. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use Leakproof Ads to analyse accounts you aren't authorised to manage, to break any law or Google's policies, or to interfere with, copy or reverse-engineer our service. We may suspend access that puts other customers, our providers or us at risk.

10. Your data and our work

You own your data. You allow us to use it to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We own our software, rules, report formats and know-how. We may keep patterns learned from the service that don't identify you or your customers. You may use the reports and block lists we deliver for your own business.

11. Confidentiality

We treat your account data and business details as confidential and use them only to serve you. You agree to keep any non-public information about our service confidential.

12. Third-party services

Leakproof Ads works with Google Ads but is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Changes Google makes to its products, reporting or policies may affect what we can do. We'll adapt where we reasonably can.

13. Disclaimers

Apart from what these terms expressly promise, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost leads or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service if you seriously breach these terms or don't pay. When the service ends, we stop accessing your account and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects paying customers, we'll email them at least 30 days before it takes effect.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, email us first and we'll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, the courts of India have jurisdiction.
